He is a glassworker...makes beer bottles. Well, last Thursday (I think) he had a machine jam up & went to work on it, he stepped in a pile of glass. It shredded his work boots & he ended up w/6 stitches. Dr said it nicked the bone & that's why it hurt so bad. BUT it was work-comp, so they put him on light duty & he keeps almost same amt of $$.

This morning he goes to change the bandage & it's oozing...He's infected. Dr now thinks hospital didn't get all the glass out & he has to go to orthopedic surgeon.

We were just getting caught up on the money & have been making good progress on the new addition. Please pray this doesn't set us back too far & it's not as bad as they think.

Sending prayers your way.........please keep us posted. Also, even if he does have surgery, it should still fall under workman's comp and he should continue to get paid. Make sure they don't mess with ya!
