I am here! had a crap last week, this weekend was good, then had really bad, bad craving for Mcdonalds, so went, could fight it and then worked out extra hard this morning. Clothes are fitting better, I am more productive on less sleep.
I am going one day at a time.

After reading Christys motivation I am trying to do more inside my house. Yesterday was a day for the gym but we had such bad weather even they closed, hope to get there today again they are closed until noon. Dh is home today as well so our main excercise will be doing a good clean around here. I am still MOTIVATED! Bottom line I am noticing my pants fitting better!

Me too!! I'm getting back on the wagon next week!

I've been off the wagon for about a week. I know it's time to get back on and get motivated somehow.

Well, I was off the wagon and attempting to get back on but then kids both got sick w/ sinus infections and then I took them into the doctor on Monday and not only do they have sinus infections they also both have strep! So I spent the rest of the day running around town trying to find a pharmacy that not only had the meds we needed but that took our insurance. So Tuesday morning I wake up to a massive headache and wouldnt you know it....a seriously sore and swollen throat and not to mention a fever. So as soon as my doc gets my prescription called in I will be on meds as well. A soon as we are feeling better I plan to jump back on the wagon and get my butt moving. The one thing I have to say about being sick (especially w/ strep) is that you dont want to eat anything. So I dont have to feel guilty about eating to much.

It seems to be a sick time of year. Lots of people around me have strep, fevers, colds, fuzzy heads, etc. I am still fighting the good fight and managing to not catch any of those germs, but I'm sure it's inevitable that i will get it! (especially with the stress we're all under right now)

I have still been going to the gym four days a week....this week may differ though. I went Monday, and this morning and hope to go tomorrow before all the festivities. Then again on Friday and maybe Saturday if I can swing it! Even if it's just to get some cardio in, I will try and get there.

I did do some yoga last night while watching American Idol. Dh helped me stetch into some positions. He was laughing at me the whole time so I told him he should join me. The poor man is so unflexible!! It's kinda funny! But all in all he kinda liked it....we may do it again tonight!

Gotta run. The inlaws are coming and my house is a warzone right now!

Get back on the wagon ladies!

I fell off the wagon but have still lost a little more weight due to illness. I just have not been able to get to a WW meeting for awhile now due to being out of town and illness. I do plan on going tomorrow night. I really want to go in to be weighed since i don't have a scale at home. At my in-laws there scale said i had lost about three more pounds...just want to see at WW.
