Oh my!!! What a work out!!! My arms are really aching!!! I don't think I have done that much movement in years!!! I think I like it though!!! It sure beats sitting on my butt all the time!!!

Doesn't it feel good to be out there though? We used to laugh at our kids' karate class about how many "closet" karate parents there were. There were always a few who would admit to going home and trying a few moves in front of the mirror. It's a lot more fun to get out there on the mats and do it!
