I know I have got to get myself back on track. With the weather nice again I can finally get out and move but I also know I need to start eating a lot better too. So, I'm trying the Special K diet. So far so good. It's only been half a day LOL but I am doing it so far and I'm not starving.

Just wondered if anyone else has tried it and has and tips for me.

I did it and liked it... now that i've had my baby I have probably about 10lbs left to lose, so I may do it again. I'd say to be sure to have a morning and afternoon snack... fruit in the a.m. and veggies in the p.m. Also, be sure to get in all your water!

Good luck!

I have not done it but I did just get a survey that is sending me 2 boxes to use and participate in the Special K diet. I am not sure how it works but I will let you know.

I treid it and lsot the alloted 6 pounds in two weeks. I didn't snack after 7:00 pm either and substituted my drinks with water. You have to stick to it because once you go off it, it is hard to stay back on. The special k Bars are good for snacks but I would not bother with the protein water...it tastes really bad.

I actually like the water. I've been drinking the water and eating one of the protein meal replacement bars for lunch and it keeps me satisfied until my 3:00 apple.

It's going pretty good. I wasn't sure I could do this because I thought I would be hungry but I haven't been. Here's what I'm doing:

Breakfast
Special K with skim milk, banana or some kind of fruit, tea

Lunch
Special K meal replacement bar
Special K protein water

Supper
Whatever we are having - BUT no seconds!!

Snacks
around 10:30 and 3:00 I get hungry so I have either a banana, strawberries, apple, carrots or a Special K snack bar

I've also been drinking my Crystal LIght and LOTS of water and I'm walking every day. I am thinking this is going to work for me, it's not very hard and I get to eat supper just like everyone else.
