I do!!!

I had to share what I have been doing and doing it daily is working out 10 minutes a day.It works out so much better for me.I do sit up's,reverse sit up's and jumping jacks. The jumping jacks I added in the last 3 days.I will be adding in something else tomorrow.I find it alot easier to do something for a few minutes each day than to do it 2-3 x's a week.If I don't do it for one day it throws me off and I don't go back to it!

Doing a work out daily I sure am feeling it in my tummy!Whoo hoo:yay!:

If you have OnDemand with your cable they have a fitness/exercise section with tons of workouts that are 10 to 15 minutes long. They have abs, pilates, yoga, cardio, etc. but they are all very short. I do them sometimes when I don't have enough time for a full workout or when I put the kids to bed and have some time to kill before a show comes on tv. Just thought I would throw that out there for you!

Which section on On Demand? Is it the Discovery Health? That's a great suggestion! Thanks!

Pam,
Click the On Demand button, then click Sports and Fitness, then click Exercise TV. You will see lots of things to choose from! HTH.

Oh my gracious, YES, I have SUCH a hard time working out 3x a week. I have 60 pounds to lose, so it is needed, but I hate every minute of it. I am doing pilates, and my rear hurts sooo bad today, it hurts to sit, stand, move, etc...
