I am running a 5K this weekend. I am not so sure I am ready for it but I'm doing it anyway. No more excuses

oh thanks! I would love to do that! I have the treadmill, I would have to start from the beggining, I have always wanted to do a marathon NYC is right next door and maybe the Avon walk/run too.
