Hiya gals! We're going to start incorporating core (your middle section) moves every other week..since that belly seems to be a trouble spot for A lot of us!

Here is a suggestion I received from momof2boys:

Superman-
Strenthens your core and lower back
Lie down on your stomach with your arms and legs extended. Inhale as you lift your arms, upper body and legs off the ground. lengthening your spine. Hold 10 seconds, release and repeat.

Do as many as you can... (or at least 10)
