I saw it on the view, it's a liquid detox....anyone know anything more about it? I don't think I could do a detox for that long. But I need to do something, I'm still trying to loose my baby weight (he's 3 months) and now being on zoloft I'm not getting anywhere.
The problems with detox's like that is that once your done drinking the fluids for the 21 day time-period and you start putting food back into your diet...your going to start gaining back some weight!!
It's not healthy to detox for that long and without any food. Many doctor's state (including Dr. OZ) that our body is a machine that already does what it needs to do - there is no reason for anyone to do a detox. A sensible diet and exercise is all that you need!!

I agree that that can't be healthy. Any weight loss that rapidly is surely not good and will not stay off. The only sure way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your eating habits and excercise.
That can't be healthy!!! Don't worry about the baby weight yet. Heck you got 9 months to put it on, you should get at least that long to take it off!

DING DING DING!!! EXACTLY!! 9 months on 9 months off....You shouldn't even be thinking about weight loss right now! Eating healthy and exercising, yes...Detoxing? NO!!
I agree-I do not like the sounds of this! Doesn't sound healthy at all!! If you are breastfeeding you need all the nutrients that you can get to keep your milk supply up.

And all for the low low price of 164.95 for a 9 day "supply" . I have checked out that site as well as plugged in "Isagenix" on the web....no 2 results pages are the same...isn't it amazing? That web site claims all these pounds lost and yet Isagenix average weight loss (on their home pages for purchasing the program) is 7 lbs in 9 days (well sure if you starved your body only feeding it basic nutirents for 9 days, you'll lose all that water weight too), but if you don't incorporate exercise and a healthier way of eating into your life you won't maintain the loss.
