Head first that is into this weight loss attempt. Heard today that by the year 2015, 75% of the US population will be considered overweight. WOW! Anyway, I am getting everything out of the house today that is not condusive to weight loss and am bringing in tomorrow all the good stuff to have on hand to help myself and my family thru this weight loss journey. I just got the biggest loser cookbook and workout video and will be using that book as well as a few other low fat cook books to cook with here. Hopefully this momentum will continue.
