My buddy and I do pm at least once or twice a week.

My buddy & I contact each other @ least everyday or every other day. Hey I have walked 3 nights this week-so it is helping me!

I love my buddy- Maggie! She was a little bit out of commision but she is on her way back! Yippee!

Great news girls!

I really like my buddy too. Stevesgal and I have been checking in regularly for a while now and we are pretty much losing the same way so it is fun to have her for a buddy. She likes to keep a tight grip on her routine and I am like that too. I like this system and I like the weekly chats. I think it is working out well, Christy!
