WHICH RIDICULOUS DIET TREND DID YOU TRY AND FAIL?

This should lead to some pretty funny stories!!!!!


I've heard about people trying the cabbage soup diet.....seriously? I can't believe that was actually successful. Any others?

By the way, I won't be on here for very long. Dh was away on an overnighter last night and is due home any time now (he just called). Shell (2bearsmom) also has plans this evening. So hopefully you all will be engaging in some pretty good convo that we can catch up on tomorrow!

Then there is the Hollywood Diet drinking their potion and spending just like with Cabbage soup diet lots of time on the pot

Let's see I have never tried the cabbage soup diet-gross, but I know people who have. That does not sound appealing to me at all. I don't think that I have really tried and ridiculous diet trends.

I actually was watching an MTV program about crazy diets and this girl was entering a pageant, hired a coach, who was telling her to work out and get healthy, but she INSTEAD put herself (against everyone else' protests) on a COTTAGE CHEESE diet. It was RIDICULOUS to even think that was ok.....and worse yet, she did (obviously) lose the weight...but the girls watching that show would only remember: I can lose weight by only eating cottage cheese!
