I avoid it as much as possible. BUt it is in EVERYTHING!! It's quite frustrating. I'm not supposed to eat it at all while pg becuase it causes birth defects. It's in canned soup, flavored chips (except sunchips, and Aldi's cheetos), canned chicken broth, most seasoning packets, Ranch Dressing (Newman's ranch is the only one that I've found that doesn't have it),and Ramen Noodles. I'm sure it's in a ton of other things, but I can't think of all of them right now.

It's very frustating, because it takes the quickness out of making something to eat.

Dh grandmother is allergic to it so she is very limited on what she can actually eat.
