I have been thinking about getting that core rythms dvd- I think that is what it is called- with all of those professional dancers.

I had The Firm with the fanny lifter- i got rid of it though- I kick myself over that one all the time! I think I may do what Christ suggested and take a look at Craigslist for one!

Now y'all can get a good laugh at the beginning of your workout! Jen, I didn't get hurt, it stung I'll give em that, but it was more of a WTH just happend, a little crying and a lot of laughing!

Christy I think that you should be my neighbor. I have a feeling if you were my neighbor you would be over every morning bright & early getting my butt out of bed & walking!

If I could fall asleep before midnight maybe I could be a morning person. However I have to be back in the house by 7:15 for dh to go to work. So that means a 6:00 workout and I have a hard enough time getting up at 6:15

BTW- for those of you who I told in the last chat session- how I do lunges and squats while smoking- me and DH decided that we are going to be hypnotized on August 5th for quitting smoking (I am also going to do the lose weight session as well!).

So there will hopefully be no need for a gang up on Jen and have her quit smoking chat session!
