It really doesn't matter EXCEPT that you do it at the same time consistently. If you want to "weigh less" do it first thing in the morning, but if you have a set weigh in time every Tuesday at 5:30 (like me at WW) then it is a consistent time and you get a good idea, too. Just don't do it first thing in the morning one day, end of the day the next, middle of the day the next.
