Hi everyone. I just joined the mommysavers forums yesterday. Wanted to put a quick post here as I'm heavily into my health & exercise right now. I joined Weight Watchers back mid-December and have to date have lost 28lbs. I'm on week 5 of my 6 week maintenance phase -- so next Saturday I'll hit lifetime. I'm 3lbs below my goal weight and pretty excited about it!
I go to the YMCA 5 days a week -- I do 3 days of 90 minutes of cardio and 2 days of 90 minutes of strength training. Just over the past few months I have started adding in some aerobic classes as a variety to a cardio or strength training day!

WOW, good for you! Welcome to Mommysavers! I too am a member of the Y, my goal is at least 3 days a week. If I can find the time I should step it up to 5 for the cardio alone.
