Well, I ran 4 days this week.. 4 miles three days and 1.5 miles one day. Today was a bit difficult for me to get my butt up stairs and workout, we had a carry in lunch at work...but I have to say, I feel so good lately and didn't want that to stop. I went and ran 4 miles!!
I also had gained some weight over the last several months. I know that is has alot to do with what I eat.. my down fall is chips and oreos! I started measuring out portions again (not of the chips! lol) I am down 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I feel really good...and my body feels alot more toned too!
