with a recumbant exercise bike

I'm pretty excited,, I found a way to 'be lazy' and still 'do better'!! I've biked a many a mile to nowhere this last few days

That sounds great. Be sure though, when you're riding, that you vary your intensities. It's so easy to kick back and just glide through a walk out on those bikes. Instead select a "random" work out, where you are going up and down various intensity levels, or push yourself manually and do a gradual incline: 2 minutes on 1, 2 minutes on 2, 2 minutes on 3, 2 minutes on 4, etc. You'll feel the burn baby burn!

It does have a few programmed fitness trainer routines. So far, my biggest problem is when you have to go 'slow' on them,, that's HARD lol
