I walked to the grocery store pushing the 2 boys in the stroller

Good for you!!! I am at close to 5000 steps for the day at 1:00. For some reason, I do most of my walking later in the afternoon.

wooohooo... Thanks for the 2nd day comment. I wish it wasn't so cold here to take dd for a walk but it has been on the mid 50's, rainning and windy.... bbrrrr.

how is everyone else doing? Today is hump day for me, so I don't normally go to the gym or work out, but now I am inspired to run 4 1/2 miles if not MORE tomorrow to make up for taking a day off!

so far so good for me I have walked my 2 miles on the treadmill and have 7225 on the pedometer and it si only 3
