Do you wear a watch? nope I can't stand to wear one or my rings when working out.
Do you shower there? Nope when I get home I can take as long as I want

Do you talk on the phone when you work out? Nope did sometimes if it was late at night 24 hr fitness and there was only guys in there I would just walk on the treadmill

I take my notebook, a pencil and a bottle of water with me while I lift weights. If I am running on the treadmill, I take my ipod and a towel too. I always wear a watch. Never understood how people could read and do cardio to me if you can read while you are doing it, you aren't working hard enough . I rarely shower at the gym unless I have to go somewhere nice directly afterward. I do sometimes bring an extra shirt and bra as well as other shoes if I am going shopping or something.

When I go to the gym, I usually take a class or two. Kickboxing followed by a "muscle" class is my favorite. I bring my water, keys, and a towel. That's usually all I bring in. I shower when I get back home. I never wear a watch. I leave my cell phone in my truck.

On the rare occasions that I use the cardio equipment, I bring my ipod and listen to some techno workout music. It keeps me moving. I don't bother watching TV or reading magazines. Generally, if I'm at the gym, I'm working hard, and sweat is dripping. If I'm not sweaty, I'm wasting my time...
