today was the first actual workout. The other times have been assessments. I am surprised I am not sore but man she did work me over.
I addition to my hour workout I also did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.
I have to bring my workout log home so I can record it online so I will post what I did tomorrow.
Here's some of them.
walking with ball- knee to ball - 90 reps
lateral lunges with lateral arm raises - 60 reps
chest press with green band- 2 sets of 20 reps
squat to row with blue band- 2 sets of 20 reps
hammer curls w/dumbbells 1 set of 20 reps 10 lbs
tricpe rope pulls 1 set, 20 reps, 17.5 lbs
core: bridges with ball between knees 1 set 20 reps
core: heel dips with ball between knees 1 set 20 reps
that was it. I am supposed to do this 2-3 times a week. I will be doing Body pump one of these days as a substitute.
then I do swimming 2 days for 30 min. I can do cardio as much as I want. I have been walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes after workout.
well, I feel REALLY GOOD!!!
