I haven't really done that well with my steps per day, and forgot my pedometer Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday I did some belly dancing to a DVD I got though. So I got a little extra in. Today was just a bad, stressful day so I did very poorly.
If all goes well I can try to get a short jog in tomorrow morning.
