I recently started weight watchers and I'm looking for some healthy, low calorie snacks. What are your favorites?

I absolutely LOVE the white cheddar rice cakes by Quaker. They only have 45 calories per rice cake. And my 3 year old son loves them too

I like
Fudgicles
Popcicles
Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
100 Cal Packs esp Lorna Doones
String Cheese
Pickles (0 Pts!)
Carrots and dressing
Pretzels

I tried the weight watchers toffee crunch bars and wasn't impressed....I'm an ice cream junkie if you couldn't tell. Those Skinny Cows are the BOMB!!! Also Dreyers or Edy's depending on where you live makes really good low fat ice cream.

I can probably think of more....

Fruit or veggies ...

strawberries

cantaloupe

a small banana

carrots

an apple

a small yogurt

plain popcorn

Eating protein seems to help me be less hungry and keeps more more energized. I have a soy protein powder that I will stir into the yogurt or peanut butter as apart of my meals.

I can't stand rice cakes. I'll eat some dry shredded wheat if I'm looking for some crunch. I also stay away from the 100-calorie snacks because they are 2 points and not very filling.

I agree, Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are awesome!

I'm doing WW's too. I tend to snack on:
I buy the string cheese and nuke it a couple seconds.
popcorn
pretzels
quakes are really yummy!
no pudge brownie (in the cake mix isle, you mix with nonfat yogurt and microwave for individual serving at 1pt)
diet soda cake (make them as cupcakes and freeze, thaw one at atime in microwave)
Also mid day before dinner is my time of day to want to snack. Well what has been working for me is using the morning that has cooled mixing vanilla extract, nonfat milk and sugar adding ice and having an iced coffee. I drink it from a McDonald's iced coffee cup which makes me feel like I'm having a treat. And it's only one pt.

the iced coffee and pudding sound great and the brownies (I've been craving them!) I hope Shoprite carries them!
