I did about 10,700 steps yesterday. DH & I are leaving for a few days of vacation starting today so I won't be able to log on and let everyone know my steps. I will wear my pedometer though and record them when I get home. Hope everyone is doing great!!!

I have been doing it! I've gone for half hour walks for the past two evenings and feel SO GOOD about it. I've noticed my sleep has even improved a little, which for me is HUGE.

Vacations are always a plus when it comes to walking.....everyone wants to do the sites by foot....so definitely take your pedometer and track your progress. Remember to write your steps down at night!

Oh and have fun!!! LOL
