Sunday our church had their Christmas program. The younger kids sang while the older kids did skits. One of them was a boy having his birthday party. He was ignored while they played games. The other kids ate his cake without singing to him, and he didn't get a piece. When he started singing Happy Birthday to me the other kids asked him to keep it down they were playing a game. As he turned and walked off the stage looking sad he said "Now I know how Jesus must feel". Made you stop and think.

wow! how old were these kids? That's a pretty powerful message ~ maybe not to the level adults can put it on, but still effective!

what a true message that is we are busy about the celabrations that we forget who we are celabrating Jesus Christ. I think God feels the same way when we walk around all day and not speak to him. It is like having your dh at home and you not speaking to him all day.
