It's a new year...or at least it will be in a few days. So I'm getting started.

I'm making plans to go to the new gym on Mon. (This whole needing to make plans to work out is probably the major issue with working out, I've been so used to just picking up and going whenever the mood strikes and now...well, someone's got to watch the baby.) - And yes I tried the whole work out with the baby or work out when he's napping, blahblah, let's just say it didn't work for us.

Gonna drop of the baby to day care for a few hours (trying not to feel guilty about using day care when I'm not actually working ) and try out my new membership. Actually I'm looking forward to it - just to feel that post-workout feeling. All those endorphins!!!

Wish me luck!!

post work out endorphins are the BEST! I love those, especially on days when I really didn't want to work out but did it anyway!

I wish you the best...and good for you for making your health a priority!

Good for you! Don't feel guilty about needing to drop the baby off at day care- you are trying to do something that not only will benefit your health/life- you will also be improving the babies life (you will have more energy- you may be sore at first but Christy is right about those endorphins!).

Have a good time!
