I got a treadmill for Christmas and have been
using it since I got it. I have lost 5 pounds
in the past couple weeks!! YAY!

I started today on 25 minutes treadmill,
25 minutes yoga routine!
It makes me feel good! I have more
energy and I sleep much better at night.

Now to tackle my chocolate addiction.
Is there rehab for choco-holics?
