I have not been on recently since there was all sorts of madness going on at the home front- I have not exercised in around a week ! I feel like I am starting to fall off the wagon- no- I have to clarify- I feel like I totally fell off the wagon!

I am hoping that things are somewhat settled I can get back into my routine!

Does this sort of thing happen to you? When life seems to take over and you lose your "time" to exercise?

When I get stressed out about work, my body starts to fight itself and I essentially turn into a weak person. Literally lifting my arms hurt. I struggle to push through that, but thankfully dh helps quite a bit.

You will get through it! Cut yourself some slack and it will all work out!

Girl there are only so many hats you can wear. You are smack dab in the middle of a crazy move...you're trying to keep your sanity and still be a good mom and wife. You worry about getting settled first before you start beating yourself up. I will not have it!


Once you are all settled in, you will find your rhythm and your groove again.

I'm right there with ya this week. I can't exercise all week - doctor's orders while I am on some really strong medication and trying to get well - and it is making me a little crazy too. I am just trying to really watch what I eat. I have been making soup with lots of beans and veggies and eating lots of fresh fruit. You do what you can.

I know you too well to think you will give up after all of this! You have totally changed your mindset in the last year and as soon as you get settled you will be right back on track. Cut yourself a little slack during this stressful time. Your body isn't going to gain the weight back overnight, you aren't going to grab those cigarettes, you aren't going to wake up tomorrow and be back where you were before you started.

IT'S OK!!! You have so much going on right now that you can only manage a number of things. Don't beat yourself up. You will find your groove & get back into it!
I have days like this and have to remind myself that I need to take a break, or whatever. Helps me.
