yes please! I've been thinking about trying this (again.... I've tried in the past and pushed too hard in the beginning too, I have bad ankles, short achyllis tendons, and I have to be careful). I'm willing to give it a shot. I'd love to be able to jog a 5k someday, that's one of my ultimate fitness goals (and I'd love to run/walk a half marathon).
It's currently raining, but should be done by Sunday, so I can start then. I wish I had a treadmill, because of the rain and to help pace myself. We have a recumbant bike instead, great for the knees, not great for running
