yes please! I've been thinking about trying this (again.... I've tried in the past and pushed too hard in the beginning too, I have bad ankles, short achyllis tendons, and I have to be careful). I'm willing to give it a shot. I'd love to be able to jog a 5k someday, that's one of my ultimate fitness goals (and I'd love to run/walk a half marathon).

It's currently raining, but should be done by Sunday, so I can start then. I wish I had a treadmill, because of the rain and to help pace myself. We have a recumbant bike instead, great for the knees, not great for running

On iTunes there is a podcast for this. It's called Couch to 5k. It is broken up in weekly segments. The podcast keeps track of the time segments for walking and running and has music also.

Funny that this topic came up because I am going to start this next week.
