Why do you go to the spa? Is it to relieve stress from your life? Is it to pamper yourself? Is it to have someone care for you the ways you care for others? Is it to meditate? Is it to find some time to yourself in the still and quiet?

How often do you treat yourself to a spa day?

I have to say I've never had a spa day. Never. I have had massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, but never a full spa day. When I am in an hour's massage I LOVE the silence....and my mind actually does rest (some). It's rare that that ever happens for me. I wish I could afford to do it all the time!

I am not sure what an actual Spa Day is but for Christmas I did get a gc for a massage, facial and nails done including a parafin dip. It was a wonderful few hrs!

If I could afford it I think I would make it an every 3 month event. I feel recharged and so relaxed. Its a great feeling

I have never done a full day at the spa - would love to but just never could justify the cost. I love massages, facials, pedicures, manicures!!

I had a full Spa day once as a gift, at PGA over in Palm Beach, and to be honest I felt out of place. I love going for a massage or a pedicure, but not all in one day!! I do love to pamper myself at least twice a year though. Very relaxing, for me!

I've had a few spa days as gifts or thanks yous from work. They are very nice, but I prefer not spending a whole day at the spa. I'd prefer to just go for a facial, or a massage, or a pedicure. Easier to schedule.

I've never been to a spa either, but I would agree with Calimari and Bucsnpats on this. I would rather do a partial day instead.
