Hello!

What happened to spring? It disappeared around here. The wind is howling and it is chilly out there today!

How is everyone doing????

I started Week 5 this week. I was very confident until I saw I need to jog 20 solid minutes on the third workout of this week I'm going to do my best but I may need a walking break about halfway through.

Week 5?? I feel Wwaaaayyyyyyy behind.

Back in action this week but I'm doing a repeat of W2 since I wasn't able to do it last week. I'm on the 18 week plan or something. But I'm going to keep on going...

I think I finally have a little bit of a schedule worked out that will at least get me to the gym consistently from now on. That will help. If only it would warm up - oh well wishful thinking.

Don't feel behind. I did 4 workouts a week for 2 weeks but then I went back to 3 workouts a week. I have been lucky to not get sick or have any sick children which is unusual.

You are still here. You are doing great!!

You are all doing great with your 5K.

I made a huge accomplishment today - I ran at a speed of 8.0mph. Granted it was only for 1 1/2 minutes but that is HUGE. It felt great too. I'm looking forward to some 50 degree weather coming in next week so I can outside!

Keep up the great work everyone.

THanks - I kind of felt like that too while running! I kept looking down to make sure I could hit the stop button if needed!
