I've had a great week. Not the most strenuous, but very enjoyable. Spring has sprung in Atlanta and the weather has been gorgeous! I have walked my 4 mile loop every afternoon - there is so much to look at with all of the plants, trees, and flowers blooming. I have also done the Body Pump class a couple of times and will do it again on Saturday.

Maggie that sounds awesome. This week has been crazy for me. The boys are on spring break and dh is coming and going with his deployments. Our routine is completely off. However, I did squeeze in a run yesterday. I didn't push myself but still got one in. The wind was killer though. I considered that my resistance training for the week!

Christy - my personal best time was 27m 4s back in December. I have yet to run outside - it just starts turning a bit warmer and now the rain has been here for the past few days (and will be for the rest of the week). I'm heading to the Y shortly with a run planned on the treadmill. So I will see what kind of time I can pull.

I'm trying this spinning class with a different instructor tomorrow am - I hear she's really good & kicks "your butt" - so we will see!

I really cannot wait until the weather breaks so I can get outside and walk, even just play with the kids!!!

Maggie - your 4 mile loop sounds so nice - send that nice weather here to Upstate NY!

I have completed 2 - 20 minute runs this week! I walked for 5 before & after for a total of 30 minutes. I decided not to do the 2 walk/run intervals for Week 6. They allowed for 2- 3minute walks in the routine but I wanted to keep running.

I plan to do strength training tomorrow, running on Friday and yoga on Saturday. I'm keeping it light because the running routine is a major exertion right now.

Good for you. Not only for sticking ot the program, but for listening to your body. Only you know what your limits are.

Keep it up!
