I'll be honest with you, I don't believe in the diet pill. The reason why I don't is because if it were that easy, we'd all be doing it. But the reality is, HARD WORK pays off. Diet pills temporarily help with a problem, but actually putting in the hours and the time and the dedication give FAR MORE PAYOFFS than an expensive temporary-fix diet pill. JMVHO

At any rate, before you decide to put ANYTHING in your body, always take the time to research the heck out of the product.

Here is an artical you may want to start with:

ALLI

That's kinda what I was thinking anyways. I know that losing weight isn't easy and takes commitment. I have done some diet pills before without success. I think I just need to start eating right and working out more. Thanks.

With Alli, the emphasis is on diet and exercise. they do say that you will not get anywhere with the pill if you dont diet and excercise. It is not a pill that will melt off the pounds. It is a medication that makes your body absorb less fat. It was prescribed, now the company has made a tablet half the stength of the presciption and you can buy it over the counter. it has been FDA tested at both regular and half strength.

Alli is not a quick fix. It is a tool to help you loose a little extra weight. It is something to assist in weight loss in conjunction with a good diet and exercise. It helps block the absorption of about 25% of the fat in your diet. It you do not eat a low fat diet while taking Alli you may experience some of the unpleasant side effects of the drug.
I have just started taking Alli (started last week). I have lost 20lbs with Weight Watchers but have reached a plateu that has lasted several months. I already follow a low fat diet so have not had any of the side effects. I am hoping this might help me loose a little extra so that I can increase my endurance some. Will see what happens.
