I did it !!!!! I was halfway through thinking, I only have 10 more minutes to run... a month ago I was thinking, I only have to run for 90 seconds.

I hope someone will join me... you can do it!

Tomorrow I start Week 6 of the plan.

I've felt like I could run more but followed the plan. It was worth it. Slowly conditioning myself without injury.
