I have been a very bad girl lately and have not been eating my fruits and veggies like I should and it kinda caught up with me today. Let's just say that going to the bathroom today was not pleasant and took about three trips. I do drink lots of water and move a lot which is suppose to be good for your bowels, but I am lacking in the eating of fruits and veggies like I am suppose to. It is not like I do not like them, I love fruit. But at the cost of it nowadays, I usually let the kids eat it and I do without. Not anymore! I am making a pledge to myself to eat more fruits and veggies EVERYDAY, not just when we have extras.

Fruit is not a problem with me it is the veggies. Not that I don't like veggies but they are not the first thing I think about when wanting a snack!

I'm the first to admit that I am not the best at eating fruits/vegs. as a snack, but I do incorporate them into our meals everyday.

I do the same thing. But 95% of the time, I dont eat them because I want to make sure that there is enough for the kids. My eats easily get their daily requrements each and every day for fruits and veggies, probably most days they go over. So it is not like we do not have fruits and veggies on hand all time. I use to eat salads at least three times a week, but quite because the only salad dressing I like is Cesars and that stuff is really fattening. I will not/can not do the low fat/no fat thing on dressings either. Time to look into some other dressings.

Unfortunately I never eat fruits or veggies. I don't like the texture of fruit or the flavor of veggies. Having said that, I do eat starchy veggies - beans, corn, and potatoes.

I eat frosted miniwheats and have a cup of coffee for breakfast, and I just might be the most regular person I know! lol If the fruits really are hard to get in, snack on that. Whoa!

The kids and I just had a veggie party for dinner. I cut up green pepper, cucumbers, celery, romane letuce, deli turky, and cheese. DD8 said that she was Rachel Ray and she came up with variations, she also add peanut butter. They thought it fun because I called it a PARTY.

Well, there. I have eaten half a fresh pear, salad, green beans and I just made us all some smoothies (strawberries, bananas, yogurt, oj and white grape juice) yummy!. I should poop like a goose tomorrow!!!
