I am generally a healthy person. I have low blood pressure. My cholesterol is a little high but since my good cholesterol is excellent, there is no worry there. My weight is healthy, although I would like to lose about 12 more pounds, I am not considered overweight. I have never broken a bone (unless you count a toe...lol). My nails grow really well, I get lots of compliments on them. On the unhealthy side, I do wear glasses, have since 6th grade. My prescription is pretty strong but has not changed in over 10 years. I have a neuroma in my feet (worse in left foot). This gets in the way of my running sometimes. I have found that orthotics do help.
Since hitting 40 (well really after 42) I have found that my body aches a bit more and things aggravate my joints where they didn't before. I have learned to listen to my body and not over do it. My hearing is getting worse. It is actually pretty good, but I have noticed that if there are to many tones going on at once, I have a hard time decifering one from the others. Even though my prescription for my glasses hasn't really changed, I have had to resort to bifocals. Oh yeah, and I find myself peeing my pants quite often...lol.
Guess thats about it.
