well all three kids talked to the police for several hours yesterday then she took them to the doctor to be checked but they were too upset to have it done( 4 hours at the police station would do it)...so now there is a warrant for his arrest and the police are looking for him...he has not been seen for a week now. he has family out western canada, ontario and a brother in the states. i hope they find him soon.( the police said the maximum time he COULD spend in jail is 3 years..one year for each child). ( should be life)

What a terrible situation. I hope she is taking active steps to keep her family safe since he is on the run.....you hear terrible stories all the time

3 years? How long are the emotional scars are going to remain on those children? And what about the mother and sister who were court ordered not to leave him alone with those kids? I'm sorry but if I found out that my brother had ever done anything like that to a child, I would be the first one to call the police on him. Disgusting. They're as bad as he is.

the police have not charged them or anything but have spoken to the mom and sister..they say they do not know where he is.( i think they should have jail time too for not doing the job they said they would...my friend thinks the same thing too..we shall see i guess).
my friend walks them to school and back and they are only allowed into the backyard to play as its got a high fence. the school knows to call the police if he comes around. the kids are going through so much right now and it will take years of therapy for them all( she is waiting for a call for councelling now).

I just read your previous post and I'm so sorry for these children and their mother. My thoughts are definitely with them and I agree..are they somewhere safe? or is someone with them or close by? Just makes me feel like
