Boot Camp Starts

Today was the start of my second round of Boot Camp. I had this minor mid-life crisis yesterday and had actually withdrawn from boot camp. I just did not have the motivation or "heart" into it. Well God was on my side yesterday because I received an e-mail from one of the instructors and the nutritionist - both of whom were pretty upset with me. By 9pm last night I was back in the class (by the shear luck of God) and everyone looking forward to seeing me this morning.
So in I walk this morning, with my head down with a bit of embarrassment! I was very glad to be there and back "into" it. It was nice to see so many people I know from my first round of Boot Camp.
So we do our body fat test and weight. Then it is the physical assessment - we have to run 1 mile timed - I did that in 7mins, 12 seconds. Then 1 minute pushups and 2 minute situps - I did 36 pushups and 55 situps. My goal is to improve all of those numbers by the end!
Then we sat around the room and the instructors gave the overview and how important it is to be there, even when we don't feel like it (and one smiled at me). When we were all done I went up to the one instructor who was mad at me yesterday and she gave me a hug and said she was glad I was there.
So I am committed to the next 7 weeks of hard working out and healthier eating! I want to kick a$$ with numbers & assessment at the end of our 7 weeks!
I will then tailor my other working out based upon what we did in Boot Camp so I make sure I get my cardio & ST in! Wish me luck!!!
