According to my treadmill, mine is 136 when I'm running at a normal pace.

When I run at a normal pace, which is about an 8:30 mile, my heart rate is about 110-120.

Man, I must be out of shape. When I am running it is between 165-180.

Mine is very low to start so that makes a difference. Also, maybe you are running faster!

Wow - mine is also high when I'm running - usually about 157 - 165 and then it will shoot up when I start going faster!
