My left knee started giving me problems in April 07 after a couple of months and no running, it was fine. It has been fine even with all of my running and 5K's I have done. About 1 week ago it started to flare up again. Today it HURTS. It is so tight in the back of knee and achy. So I need to ice it tonight and then going to have to see how it feels on Sunday, since I am suppose to run in a 5K. UGHHHHHHHH.

Oh no! I hope your knee gets better! Be careful not to blow it out on the run! Maybe you can wear some type of support. Good luck!

That sounds painful. Be sure to rest it and listen to your body. If you still aren't a hundred percent on Sunday don't push yourself. Wait it out and do a 5K when you are healthy again. I wouldn't want to beat your time unfairly!
