It has been less than a week since I started walking and boy I am amazing myself!
I find that even though I think about taking the short cut, I don't! I push myself to take an even longer route.
I find that I actually enjoy walking - by myself.
I find myself thinking that once I am in shape maybe I could train to run a 5K.
I find myself eating healthier so as not to defeat the purpose of getting out there and walking.
I park further away and walk.
I am motivated and determined - parts of me I thought were lost when I became a SAHM.
I look forward to getting up and getting out.
Stretching is a good thing and I look forward to seeing if I can feel it.
I'm competitive and now I want a pedometer just to see if I can beat melbs numbers
The list goes on and on... Just wanted to share. It makes it more real when I say it out loud and someone other than my boys hears me, lol.
