I'm not sharing this to brag .. you all know how much of a struggle this has been for me and I only share it here so ....

As of this morning...

a) I am half way to goal

b) According to the BMI charts I'm no longer officially overweight

Hmmm ..... how to celebrate? I'm not buying new clothes until I reach goal and then everything I own will be donated and I start with a fresh new simple wardrobe.

The surprising parts so far:
I've lost most of my muffin top / spare tire.
My breasts have completely vanished.

But my menopot (my pouch) hasn't changed anything! I hope that's going to reduce next.
