I too need a motivator ladies!

I can head this up but I need A TON of support. I am one of the people who needs this club to motivate myself, so the goals I will set each week will be ones I want to complete...or need the encouragement.

So....are you up for it?

This is not going to be a couch to 5K program. I will leave that up to Skimommy again (wink wink). This is more about endurance training and distance challenges.

I will give it what I've got! I have only ran 3 mile stretches so far but would like to go further.
