First, I want to say thank you. To everyone on this board in general. So many of you seem to have such motivation and determination. You're all inspiring. I don't want to get more specific than that and point out certain people because that seems rude, and you're all great
And about me...
Yesterday and today I've got a little exercise in. Actually, today I did a run. The route I did is about a mile, and it took me 10 minutes. Mostly walking, and with I'm guessing 2 minutes of running (5 minutes was to warm up. The 2 minutes were about 1 min, 2 times)

But, (this may be TMI) I did...start my period today and I still went out
Other than that... the couple times in the last few months my husband has went out jogging, apparently he can jog the whole time (no stopping to walk). And according to
Google Map Pedometer: Use This GMaps Pedometer to Draw Your Walking, Running, or Biking Route the route is 2 miles

I have to stop and walk because 1. I get tired. 2. when I start to get tired it's hard to remember to breath through my nose and then my throat hurts.
One last thing... I made an account on SparkPeople, and so far it looks like a good site. (thanks mamaof3kiddies for having yours in your signature! That's how I ended up checking the site out)
