I blocked out my face as the board is public. It's easy to do on photobucket.

Here I am at 170 with a BMI of 30 (obese). The jacket is a large and I couldn't do it up (by about 4 inches). I just wore a scarf to hide that. My youngest was 3 at the time so baby weight was no excuse. (I'm just under 5'4.) (April 2003)



This is me at 150. (March 2008)



Here is my 'after' so far. The day I hit 140. 10 lbs to go! (June 2008)

Just the boring old fashioned way. Eat less than I burn off. Write it all down. Try to get some some exercise in. I've been keeping a blog here KathrynHannah if you want more specifics. Thanks for the compliment. I'm hoping others post theirs too. There are some amazing success stories here.
