I tried Pilates, with an open mind and realized it's not for me. Meditative yoga is also not my thing. My mind will NOT relax. I do however, LOVE power and athletic yoga. I can really break into a sweat!

I have tried swimming but I get annoyed when water gets into my ears!

Cycling hurts my bum but I LOVE the burn!

I'm learning to maybe like running.....maybe......

I bought a Pilates dvd and it irritated the hell out of me. I think being in a coma would be more exciting. I love Tae Bo, dancing and the treadmill.

I don't like running. But I have patellafemoral pain syndrome, so running is a very bad idea for me anyways. because of the condition I also can't squat, so even though I've wanted to try yoga and pilates, I've bene putting it off until I'm better because it looks like I'd about die if I tried.

I love swimming, have done it my whole life, am almost trained to be a life guard and for a couple years when i was like 12 I swam competatively. I like biking too.

I'm old enough to have to have done aerobics ala Jane Fonda in high school gym class. That can stay a dim memory of the '80s along with leg warmers as far as I am concerned.

I never really liked free weights much. Wierd, I know, but I grew up working out on Nautilus equipment and it's just not the same. Love my kettlebells though!

I did the Jane Fonda thing in high school too. I loved it back then but I would hate to do that now! I can't stand yoga. I have always wanted to like it but I just don't have the patience for it. If I am exercising I want to SWEAT. I also don't run. I have asthma and I just don't have the endurance to run, plus my knees are not so great after years of competitive gymnastics. And I think it is dreadfully boring!

Almost anything. I'm a bit like Oprah that way. I hate exercising (other than kayaking or canoeing which I don't really consider exercise) but I do it because I feel better afterwards.

I really don't like any type of aerobics class.

Running/jogging (Unless there is a man with a knife behind me or Brad Pitt in front of me running is not for me)
