Brushing creates, nice, shiny teeth and healthy gums so I always get 2 brushings in a day, going to strive for 3 times, but I usually end up getting too busy to get beyond 2 times.

I brush my teeth 3 to 4 times a day.

Definitely 2 times, but alot of times it's 3 and then sometimes if I am going somewhere during the day, I will brush my teeth then too.
