I had a dr appt today (routine stuff). After the nurse took all my vitals and such she said "You must work out alot" I about dropped off the chair!!! I told her, no, I am just a very busy person!!!

That is a great compliment! You don't have to worry about what you are doing....or what you are NOT doing! HAHA

You always seem to be doing some type of work even if it's not organized exercises. I'm sure doing those fence post holes was a great workout!
