I find when I work out a lot I wake up so hungry! I've tried incorporating more fibre and lots of greens but I still wake up needing to EAT right away!

Breakfast has always been my biggest meal of the day. I cannot leave home without having it first!

Do you eat breakfast every morning?

I have hypoglycemia so eating is a must for me in the morning. I wake up ravenous. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night hungry. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I get a glass of milk and go back to bed. I just can't get back to sleep if I don't. I always have breakfast. I eat a protein bar before my workout and then eat a regular breakfast after.

I try to always have something for breakfast, but it's not always my best meal. I think it should be. But also, I am ALWAYS hungry, lol.

I never wake up hungry. If I had my way I would not eat until about 10am. But I always eat a bowl of cereal before I go to work.

I wake up hungry on the days that I don't snack alot the night before. I have been trying to cut down on my nighttime snacking. I always eat breakfast, even if it s granola bar and a cup of yogurt.

The experts say that if you are eating properly, you're stomach should be grumbling for breakfast the second your feet hit the floor.

I wake up really hungry all the time, but can't stomach eating for at least an hour. By then I'm in the middle of a zillion things and I forget to eat... until my stomach starts to hurt around lunchtime!

I normally don't wake up starving, but sometimes I wake up a little hungry. I always exercise on an empty stomach, so I get up and do my workouts then get ready for work, once I am at work, I will eat something..a banana or toast usually. Sometimes, I eat oatmeal.
