I have posted before that I'm going to do this and I'm going to do that to help me lose weight. I'm really serious this time though! I want to lose 20lbs by 10/31. I've joined Spark People, I'm going to start taking a walk EVERYDAY, and I'm going to watch what I'm eating. Dh is on board, and says he will walk w/ds and I every night, and try to help me as much as he can. I really want to do this. I want to be a hot mama!

I'm starting up the walking club again now that life is back to normal (for many of us with kids starting school!). Let's work together, I also want to lose about 20 pounds by Oct so I can be healthier going into another pregnancy (finger crossed!).
I can feel your motivation Did you read KH's post about what she ate? Might be a good place to start, guidelines can be helpful.

Thanks for all the support ladies! And liamsmom, I'm ready for the walking club again! Things have been busy, and its been so hot (I know, excuses excuses ), but starting tonight, I'm sticking it out!

You can do this -- take it one step at a time; set small goals and you will see you hit them! I love Spark People -- great motivation!!!

Good for you for holding yourself accountable. I will say this however. If you push yourself to do something every day you WILL burn out. Ease into your work outs. Let your body get used to walking every other day if not every second day and then work up to doing it every day.
