* Disclaimer. I am not posting this to show off in any way. You ladies have been tremendously supportive and helpful and encouraging and I am posting these to show that it is possible. I have never been 'thin' but I am finally at my goal of my high school weight of 130 (BMI off 22.5 ~ which is right in the middle of the normal range).

You can do this. Dr. Oz said that women, even after children can weigh what they did in their 18th year. That has been my goal.

2003 ~ BMI 30 (obese) - I couldn't do up this jacket.

February 2008 ~ BMI 26 (overweight)

August 2008 ~ BMI 22.5 (normal) at 130 lbs.
